1 package fresh mushrooms cleaned peeled and stems removed
1 half package brown and serve sausage prepared according to directions and cut up into small slices
3 or 4 slices of American cheese torn into small pieces
4 Tablespoons butter or Margarine melted
Pour melted butter in to an oven proof pan, place mushroom caps on butter
fill each cap with a piece or two of the sausage top with cheese pieces, bake
in 325f oven 15-25 minutes until mushroom caps are tender and cheese is bubbly.
